Our client is a topnotch logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Lead the market expansion strategy for logistics services targeting key customers in industrial zones nationwide including FDI enterprises factories and importexport businesses.
Identify engage and negotiate with strategic partners and clients to develop longterm logistics solutions covering transportation warehousing and integrated supply chain services.
Develop customized logistics solutions tailored to regional and industryspecific needs including cold chain logistics bulk transportation and industrial warehouse operations.
Build and oversee a highperforming sales team specializing in different industrial zones ensuring service excellence customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.
Work crossfunctionally with internal teams (operations technology finance) to design scalable efficient logistics models from pilot phases to full deployment.
Requirements
7 10 years of experience in logistics transportation or warehousing business development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Handson experience in industrial zone logistics for manufacturers FDI enterprises or specialized B2B supply chain models.
Deep knowledge of transportation flows warehousing dynamics cold chain logistics and delivery efficiency within an industrial setting.
Strong industry network including connections with industrial zone management infrastructure developers and logistics service providers.
Strong strategic thinking system implementation skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Entrepreneurial mindset decisive and committed to driving results.
Experience at major 3PL firms such as DHL CEVA DB Schenker YCH KuehneNagel is a plus.
A proven track record in domestic logistics for consumer goods food electronics or automotive parts manufacturers is preferred.Experience in developing fixedroute logistics networks across NorthCentralSouth Vietnam is highly valued.
