About Crank:

CRANK is a community of gamers and a registered NDIS provider that creates 1:1 and group coaching experiences. The organisations No Barriers programs help NDIS participants and their families overcome social career independence and wellbeing barriers to achieve the careers and lives they want and deserve.

Role Summary:

This is a casual onsite Human Resources Business Partner role located in Melbourne Victoria. Daytoday tasks include planning and managing recruitment onboarding training and performance management. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of workforce planning job role design position description development recruitment and onboarding of employees. You will also assist the CEO with developing HR policies providing personnel management support managing employee benefits and ensuring HR compliance.

Daytoday requirements:

  • HR Management skills including assisting with job role design and workforce planning
  • Defining position descriptions against our evolving structure systems and processes
  • Defining key responsibilities for each role including recruitment selection and performance management criteria
  • Recruitment management end to end workflows
  • Performance management including reviewing training needs identification and development planning

People and culture development requirements:

  • Quarterly performance planning OKRs for job role and quarterly reviewing
  • Reward and incentive systems
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective HR policies and ISO 9002
  • Experience in employee benefits administration and management
  • Understanding awards and compliance within the NDIS industry

Qualifications:

  • Personnel management and compliance experience 5 years
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in Disability Support Services/Education/Training or a similar field is preferred
  • Knowledge of and passion for NDIS program is a big big plus
