MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree and experience in human resources and labor relations or equivalent.
Human resources experience in a school district or other large organization required.
Senior human resources experience in a school district or other large unionized organization preferred.
Has excellent integrity and demonstrates good moral character and initiative.
Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and Municipal regulations directed to sound personnel practices.
Experience in applying CBAs to human resource practices.
Experience and/or knowledge in the administration of benefits.
Effective oral and written communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
