About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management is seeking a Works Coordinator to join our highperforming team delivering emergency maintenance services to our client The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA). Situated in our stateoftheart office located at Collins Square in Docklands this fulltime position will join our crucial contact center team that is responsible for answering all phone calls and responding to emails from schools and vendors in relation to their new or active service requests.
Nature of position: FullTime
Location: Docklands Melbourne

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Service Centre team to answer and action all phone calls and emails
- Schedule and manage work orders/service requests
- Assist our Project Managers as required
- Ensure school plans are provided to our vendors
- Review all service requests and ensure all appropriate followup actions and communications are completed and registered in the relevant systems
- Manage the clients expectations through frequent accurate and timely updates
About you
To excel in this position you should have previous administrative experience with superb attention to detail intermediate to advanced skills with excel and the capacity to thrive in a fastpaced environment. Additionally you will also possess:
- Previous experience within customer service and community services is advantageous
- Highlevel organisation and time management skills
- Ability to follow organisational process
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Intermediate MS Office specifically Excel skills
