Job Description
We are looking for a Grooming Lobby Front Desk Receptionist to greet and help check in Skiptowns furry clients in need of a groom!
*WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH WIDELY OPEN AVAILABILITY mainly for daytime shifts!*
This position will be started with main focus and priority in our grooming lobby with a pathway of crosstraining to our Pet Care lobby! The great part is we never close late! SunThursday you will be done by 9:30pm FriSat. by 10:30pm!
Who You Are:
You are energized by interacting with others and if you dont have the answer youll get it ASAP! You have a knack for engaging with people and making them feel welcome and you love dogs (obviously).
What Youll Do:
- Greet new pups and pup parents!
- Resolve client and team issues via phone email and in person
- Facilitate pet care checkin/checkout and Grooming checkin/checkout
- Support our Home Services team with client outreach
- Answer client inquiries
- Personalize each pups appointment with a variety of addons
What Youll Bring:
- Inperson customer service experience
- Flexible availability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great communication skills
- Comfort with technology and on and offleash dogs
- Skiled problem solver
- High school diploma or equivalent
