About The Opportunity
Programmeds Property Services has multiple vacancies for experienced Garden Maintenance Team Leaderto join our team across multiple contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for to join an organisation with ongoing work and stability. Working across the western and inner western suburbs of Sydney you will lead our teams in maintaining tidying and enhancing the grounds and gardens across our locations. Due to the nature of the work candidates will be required to complete a satisfactory Criminal History Check Drug and Alcohol screening and a PreEmployment Medical.
Nature of position: FullTime
Location: Western Inner Western Sydney
Reporting line: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
- Routine mowing and turf maintenance
- Routine vacuuming and cleaning of common areas
- Pruning and shaping across the grounds
- Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment
- & pest control spraying and manual weeding
- Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You
To join our team you will be experienced or hold qualifications in horticulture/open space. A passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally you will have;
- Current drivers license
- White card preferable
- Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
- Execute work that is of a high standard
- A strong commitment to and understanding of quality environmental occupational health and safety management systems.
