Compensation: $150k base salary with Total Compensation Up to $300000 (Base Bonus)

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Vice President Capital Markets (Wholesaler Manager) to lead and grow our national wholesaling efforts. This is a seniorlevel role with a dual focus: managing a small highperforming team of wholesalers and directly driving sales efforts with key partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and manage a team of wholesalers to drive capital raising efforts across Canada.
- Develop and execute national sales strategies in alignment with overall firm goals.
- Personally maintain and grow a book of clients cultivating strong relationships with advisorshighnetworth individuals and institutions.
- Track team performance pipeline metrics and revenue generation reporting directly to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in investment product wholesaling with a proven sales track record.
- 3 years of experience managing a sales or wholesaling team.
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and alternative investment products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a boutique fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional communication leadership and relationshipbuilding skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary and performancebased bonus structure with total compensation targeted at $300000 annually.
