Step into a highimpact leadership role at TechnicaX as our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner where your expertise will drive transformative staffing solutions for cuttingedge technology projects. You will own the strategic talent acquisition process endtoendsourcing elite professionals in Java Cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Scrum Masters Cybersecurity experts and beyond. Your ability to influence key stakeholders innovate sourcing strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences will position TechnicaX as a talent magnet in a fiercely competitive market.
What Youll Do
- Architect and execute visionary talent acquisition strategies tailored to meet complex staffing needs across multiple technology verticals including Java Cloud technologies Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions Agile/Scrum roles and Cybersecurity specialists.
- Lead strategic workforce planning sessions with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with company growth objectives.
- Build and nurture highvalue relationships with senior leadership hiring managers external partners and candidates to ensure seamless hiring outcomes.
- Champion employer branding initiatives that elevate TechnicaX s market presence as an employer of choice for toptier IT professionals.
- Leverage advanced analytics and market intelligence to refine sourcing channels improve quality of hire reduce timetofill and optimize recruitment ROI.
- Mentor and inspire recruitment teams fostering a culture of excellence agility and continuous improvement.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with global employment laws diversity hiring goals and ethical recruitment practices.
Who You Are
- A strategic leader with 5 to 7 years of experience in fullcycle IT recruitment or staff augmentation exhibiting deep expertise in Java Cloud (Azure/AWS) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Agile frameworks (Scrum Masters) and Cybersecurity hiring.
- A persuasive communicator and relationship builder who thrives in dynamic environments and influences crossfunctional teams at all levels.
- Datasavvy with proficiency in ATS platforms CRM tools recruitment marketing technologies and workforce analytics.
- Passionate about creating exceptional candidate journeys and building diverse talent pipelines that fuel innovation.
- Experienced in navigating complex staffing models including vendor management and crossborder hiring compliance.
