What Youll Do
- Architect and execute visionary talent acquisition strategies tailored to meet complex staffing needs across multiple technology verticals including Java Cloud technologies Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions Agile/Scrum roles and Cybersecurity specialists.
- Lead strategic workforce planning sessions with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with company growth objectives.
- Build and nurture highvalue relationships with senior leadership hiring managers external partners and candidates to ensure seamless hiring outcomes.

Who You Are
- A strategic leader with 5 to 7 years of experience in fullcycle IT recruitment or staff augmentation exhibiting deep expertise in Java Cloud (Azure/AWS) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Agile frameworks (Scrum Masters) and Cybersecurity hiring.
- A persuasive communicator and relationship builder who thrives in dynamic environments and influences crossfunctional teams at all levels.
- Datasavvy with proficiency in ATS platforms CRM tools recruitment marketing technologies and workforce analytics.
- Passionate about creating exceptional candidate journeys and building diverse talent pipelines that fuel innovation.
