As a Product Content Manager at Rectangle Health you will play a crucial role in empowering customers with the training documentation and inapp guidance they need to succeed with our products.
This is a highly intrapreneurial and collaborative role. We are seeking someone who takes initiative asks questions and thrives in crossdepartmental collaborations. You have a keen sense of how to shape content strategies that drive customer success by building clear userfriendly content and processes. You are an excellent communicator across a variety of mediums with experience in content creation technical writing and/or customer education. You are more than comfortable in a startup environment where things move fast opportunities abound and getting the job done almost always requires creativity and grit.
