Product Content Manager

Position Overview

Rectangle Health enables healthcare providers to simplify the business of healthcare by making it easy to engage patients and process payments. As a Product Content Manager at Rectangle Health you will play a crucial role in empowering customers with the training documentation and inapp guidance they need to succeed with our products.

This is a highly intrapreneurial and collaborative role. We are seeking someone who takes initiative asks questions and thrives in crossdepartmental collaborations. You have a keen sense of how to shape content strategies that drive customer success by building clear userfriendly content and processes. You are an excellent communicator across a variety of mediums with experience in content creation technical writing and/or customer education. You are more than comfortable in a startup environment where things move fast opportunities abound and getting the job done almost always requires creativity and grit. Primary Job Duties

  • Create and maintain feature guides for internal and external audiences
  • Develop and maintain inproduct clickthrough training experiences that drive action
  • Provide technical documentation support to the Product team
  • Develop and maintain featurespecific training videos and remix video content to suit different audiences and placements
  • Own the creation of internal and customerfacing release notes across multiple product areas to tell the story of our continuous innovation
  • Inventory and consolidate support articles User Guide contents and other materials to establish a single source of truth
  • Manage our new Help Center by ensuring contents are current and helping to identify and solve for gaps in content
  • Champion new highimpact content as opportunities arise

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 26 years experience in customer enablement technical writing or product training in a technical industry
  • Strong ability to translate complex product functionality into easytounderstand content
  • Experience creating training videos Help Center documentation and inapp guidance tools
  • Experience thriving in a fastpaced startup environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Knowledge WordPress and Pendo is a plus
  • Excellent communication editing and project management skills
