In support of the company mission the Inside Sales representatives primary responsibility will be to sell our suite of online courses and training products.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Prospects qualifies and generates sales within the companys established leads.
- Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and service.
- Responds to requests/Inquiries from customers for information and pricing.
- Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations.
- Remains knowledgeable and uptodate on changes and developments in the B2C infrastructure and Regulations.
- Follow up on leads generated by Marketing
- Quickly develop trust and rapport that results in closing sales quickly and consistently.
- Consistently achieve aggressive targets including aggressive daily metrics
- Enter sales data into Salesforce CRM.
- Other duties as assigned.
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional sales or service experience preferably in an environment that included a high volume of customer interaction with ability to demonstrate success and tenure in a previous position.
- Team player who enjoys talking/working with others and creating solutions to problems
- Strong computer skills to perform essential position functions.
- Experience using a CRM or other similar data collection and analysis software
- Fast Learner with the desire for career growth
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- High energy with proven success in previous positions
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
