The Concession Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concession stands ensuring highquality food service and customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining inventory warehouse stocking and distribution to concession stands using a golf cart organization and cleanliness of all areas and POS/cash handling responsibility. Must have experience in BOH and FOH with a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer service. This is a unique parttime hourly position at Space Coast Complex with increased availability at certain times of the year when needed. The annual schedule requirement is as follows:

January: Thursdays Sundays

February: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)

March: Increased availability needed

April: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)

May: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)

June 15th August 5th: increased availability needed

August September: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with a handful of additional days)

October: Thursdays Sundays

November December: Primarily Saturdays and Sundays (with increased availability during Thanksgiving and Christmas long weekends)

This role will pay an hourly wage of $14 to $17 plus tips (averaging an additional $8 per hour).

• Supervise and train concession staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize POS systems including Sqaure POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experience.

• Knowledge of inventory control methods.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide assistance as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fastpaced environment.
• Effective communication skills to interact with staff and customers positively.
