Job Description

Position Summary: A Business Development (BD) Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of a company and the success of the Business Development team. This role will deliver on the administrative needs of Business Development and cultivate important longlasting relationships with clients.

NOTE: Position is hybrid and may be based out of Northern Virginia (Fairfax VA) OR Southern California (Orange County CA).

Key Essential Duties:

  • Administrative Support: Prepare presentations proposals cost estimates and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain client databases and mailing lists. Learn and become proficient in BAREs internal CRM system(s).
  • Event Coordination: Organize and arrange client events meetings appointments and conferences.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Track submitted proposals and provide feedback to internal team and management.
  • Sales Communication: Respond to incoming sales emails and phone inquiries with followup in a timely manner.
  • Proposal Assistance: In coordination with Marketing assist the BD Team in creating proposals.
  • Customer/Guest Experience: Maintain and nurture understanding of customer/guest experience market research and mystery shopping.
  • Service Offerings Research: Research and understand current and potential BARE service offerings for the US market.
  • Global Coordination: Communicate with BD teams in other BARE offices regarding global projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend continuous improvements in BAREs sales processes and revenue generation.
  • Meeting & Conference Attendance: Attend prospective and current client meetings participate in internal meetings and represent BARE at various conferences. Some domestic travel may be required.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or some college education preferred.

Excellent professional written verbal and presentation communication skills.

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

History of problemsolving and finding creative solutions using available resources.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at different stages in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.

Experience in positively and successfully interacting with audiences at all levels of an organization; presentation skills especially valued.

Willingness and ability to demonstrate a growth and learning mindset towards client initiatives and BAREs service offerings.

Customer Experience Research/Mystery Shop Industry experience preferred.

Ability to attend inperson workdays a minimum of twice per month.
