Job Description
Domain Expertise:
- Possess good understanding of liability products including deposits related processes across retail and commercial lines of Business.
- Knowledge on Deposits products including various types of deposit accounts including savings current checkings demand deposits fixed deposit accounts recurring deposits Retirement products
- Knowledge on Transaction Processing including deposits withdrawals transfers and interest postings
- Knowledge on end to end deposit management including account opening funding interest activities premature closure and maturity closure CASA Account Management including opening funding withdrawals interest activities and account closures
- Knowledge on Deposit Banking Services including pay orders demand drafts cheques anywhere transactions standing instructions a lien on deposit accounts
Product Expertise: Must have product experience in Hogan preferably in Deposits Module
Product Management Skills
- Ability to play the effective role of Product Owner/ Product Manager including managing the product backlog defining the product vision and understanding customer needs
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with the industry products policies operations and procedures related to deposits products
- Strong professional presence to support regular interactions with senior management
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and management of process projects and people
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker
- Strong collaboration interpersonal management and ability to interact and present to management
- Ability to work in an open fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated oral and written communication and interpersonal skills planning and implementation skills and negotiation
- Previous experience in Agile work environment preferred
