Job Description

Role Description / Responsibilities

Driving a large and high visibility program

Driving one or more teams in an agile environment

Stakeholder management in a complex environment

Setting good professional relationship and trust with client while push back as needed

End to end ownership of delivery

Handling multiple tracks of activities / PODs / projects

Supporting leadership with KPI reporting status reporting billing etc.

Conducting all Scrum ceremonies

Establish proper organizational processes and ways of working with the team

Manage demanding situations

Identify and track risks dependencies issues

Change management
