Job Description
Job Title: Site Supervisor & Project Manager (Interior Design)

Location: Santacruz (West) Mumbai
Department: Projects & Fit Outs (Interior Design)
Reports To: Senior Interior Designer / Directors
Job Summary:
Oversee architectural projects from start to finish ensuring quality timely delivery and adherence to design specifications. Manage site activities coordinate with contractors and guarantee smooth project .
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects from planning to completion.
- Develop project plans schedules and budgets.
- Ensure ontime withinbudget project delivery meeting quality standards.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Site Supervision:
- Supervise site activities ensuring adherence to architectural plans.
- Monitor daily operations including labor materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Resolve site issues promptly document progress and report delays.
- Team & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Lead coordination between contractors consultants architects and clients.
- Ensure clear communication among all involved parties.
- Address conflicts and disputes onsite efficiently.
- Quality Control & Risk Management:
- Ensure work quality and materials align with design specs.
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting timelines budgets and quality.
- Implement corrective actions for deviations.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of site activities labor materials and costs.
- Submit regular progress reports on budget and timeline.
- Manage project documentation (contracts permits approvals).
- Budget & Cost Management:
- Track project expenses and ensure resource efficiency.
- Approve invoices and control procurement and subcontracting costs.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree/diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience: 0.6 6 years in site supervision or project management preferably in architecture or construction.
- Skills: Strong construction knowledge communication leadership budget management problemsolving.
Working Conditions:
- Fulltime with occasional travel evening/weekend work as required.
