Job Description
Role: Site Land & Project Executive Wind
Location: Solapur Maharashtra
About Employer: One of the MNCs in the energy sector
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with government authorities on policies permits regulatory requirements and to adhere to compliance.
- Provide support for development and work with the wind resource assessment team for land acquisition and other related work.
- Identify suitable developers/aggregators for the development of reprojects.
- Support legal teams and firms to conduct and complete due diligence.
- Access land risk and recommend solutions.
- Secure lands within the timelines targeted.
- Handle local agencies and people for smooth acquisition and usage of lands for reprojects up to commissioning.
Required Experience:
- Overall 6 years of experience renewable experience preferred.
- Any Graduate LLB/LLM Preferred
- Good knowledge of land regulations and nodal agencies in the state.
- Proven ability to handle legal and local matters.
- Strong networking and coordination skills with government bodies and local stakeholders.
