Description / Position Overview

PARTTIME Maintenance Technician I Parking Meters
The City of Colorado Springs is ready to welcome a PartTime Maintenance Technician II to the Parking Meters team!
In this position you will maintain the cleanliness and safety of the City parking garages by performing janitorial custodial and basic building and grounds maintenance duties. You will perform ongoing routine maintenance preventive maintenance basic construction and minor repairs.

Hourly Salary:$19.98 $23.99
Work Schedule: Tuesday Sunday; 2:00PM 7:00PM
Job Type: This is a .75 fulltime position with benefits averaging 30 hours per week. Additional hours may be scheduled as needs arise. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function in the performance of this job.

As a Maintenance Technician I you will:

  • Cleaning practices and procedures

Ability to:
  • Follow approved sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Safely and effectively operate assigned equipment tools and vehicles
  • Maintain an awareness of safety issues
