Summary:The Global Manager of Payroll will be leading the global payroll function under the management of our Global Senior Manager of Payroll with a focus on ensuring payroll is processed efficiently and effectively in a standardized way across the globe. The Griffith Foods payroll process is outsourced to a global payroll aggregator CloudPay and currently includes 26 countries and 35 payrolls.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Global Payroll Team based in these countries in implementing CloudPay and is responsible for ensuring the team delivers the correct information and documentation through the integration of CloudPay and Workday. After implementation this position will serve as the global CloudPay system administrator. This position will interact crossfunctionally with the Griffith HR and finance teams and will be responsible for developing training and leading our payroll team members in various locations throughout the world.
