Do you speak fluent Danish and English have a knack for problemsolving and a passion for customer satisfaction If yes we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients brand new office in Riga and work on an exciting project with a renowned international fintech client.
Education / Professional Qualifications:
- Danish at a high level (CEFR level C1.
- Good English skills (B1 or better) both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls with customer inquiries and provide solutions to endusers.
- Escalate priority issues according to client specifications to the nearest supervisor when relevant.
- Work independently and in teams promoting effective communication with internal and external contacts.
- Provide exemplary customer service and meet quality standards.
- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that contribute to improved customer service.
- Participate in required training sessions.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced understanding of computer usage skilled in multitasking across systems and applications.
- Optimistic friendly positive and selfmotivated personality.
- Ability to work in a teamoriented servicedriven environment with a focus on problemsolving.
