Position: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performancebased bonuses.
What Youll Do:
- Provide outstanding support to Polishspeaking customers via phone email or chat addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering solutionoriented assistance and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service quality and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about company products services and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Polish (C1 or native level) and proficiency in English (B2 level) both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel Word) or similar tools.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal and work in an officebased environment.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends (e.g. 8hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM).
