Your Role
As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for Danishspeaking customers helping them via phone email and live chat. Youll provide accurate information solve problems efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
What Were Looking For

Fluency in Danish C2 level and good English communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving abilities

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
