Job Description

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week 8 hours per day 1hour lunch break) on rotational shifts Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 00:00
Training: 15 working days

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the goto expert for SMB clients helping them grow their businesses across multiple channels. Your responsibilities include:
Providing support via phone email and chat to help SMBs maximize their potential
Assisting SMB clients with selfservice advertising solutions ensuring they achieve their marketing goals
Delivering pre and postsales support for all selfservice products
Offering product and tool guidance to enhance the customer experience
Identifying trends and resolving challenges faced by multiple SMB clients
Acting as the voice of our customersproviding valuable insights and feedback to our engineering team
