The Role

The Finance Team supports and empowers Palantirians through both daytoday operations and creative problemsolving. As a member of the accounts payable team youll be providing the key input we need to stay ahead of our vendor payables. In the Senior Accounts Payable Specialist role you will be responsible for the onboarding of new vendors and processing of invoices. Additionally you will be critical to working with various business partners to scale the accounts payable function to help sustain the Companys growth. In this role organization and attention to detail are paramount the business relies on you so they can build the infrastructure they need to be successful and the finance team depends on you for the reliability of our accounts payable reconciliations.

Core Responsibilities

    • Manage the accounts payable process for our US and International entities.
    • Lead our vendor onboarding program. Ensure that all required documentation is obtained for accurate and timely vendor onboarding.
    • Receive process and ensure timely payment of our vendor invoices.
    • Work with vendors to determine the most efficient invoicing channels.
    • Communicate with internal partners across the business and external parties with a high degree of customer service.
    • Provide various ad hoc operational and analytical analysis to business partners and leadership.
    • Manage all yearend tax required filings in the US and Internationally.

    • Ability to effectively prioritize (and reprioritize) tasks with varying levels of relative urgency.
    • Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new systems and programs.
    • Knowledge of Netsuite and Concur is a plus.

What We Require

    • Minimum 3 years relevant AP experience preference to in the technology industry with the ability to operate in a fastpaced outcomeoriented environment.
    • Working knowledge of Coupa is required.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $65000 $85000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units signon bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individuals relevant qualifications work experience skills and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential signon bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any longterm incentives.
