Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercialplastering and carpentry with extensive knowledge of plastering trades. Thisrole is crucial for managing our highend commercial projects from start tofinish ensuring quality efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee commercial fitout projects includingwalls ceilings bulkheads trims doors frames skirtings and externalcladding/soffits.
- Lead a crew of 10 employees and coordinate with two setsof contractors.
- Work closely with our estimator admin and accounts team.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget andto the highest standards.
- Handle seismic design rondo designs and technicalframing design issues.
- Install as per manufacturer guidelines findingcosteffective solutions.
- Occasionally assist onsite to ensure properdecisionmaking and problemsolving.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial plastering and carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of plastering trades and technicalframing design.
- Ability to manage large projects or multiple smallerprojects independently.
- Experience with seismic design and rondo designs isessential.
- Excellent decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both onsite and remotelyusing a laptop.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
