Job Description
What Youll Do
Oversee overall site management of projects to ensure successful and timely completion within budget and scope.
Work with the Project Coordinator to prepare project installation plans and implement job procedures.
Supervise installers and subcontractors on-site including mentoring coaching assigning work and performance management.
Coordinate and manage subcontractor activities ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Assist the Project Coordinator with coordination and administration and provide input on scope changes or improvements.
Identify and communicate project risks; help develop and implement strategies to control deviations and meet deadlines.
Ensure installation quality in accordance with applicable codes and company standards.
Install program test repair and service systems including structured cabling fiber Wi-Fi DAS and/or AV.
Provide technical support and training to customers to maximize satisfaction.
Qualifications :
What Youll Need
Strong customer focus and ability to perform well under pressure.
Experience supervising field teams and installations related to fiber structured cabling data and Wi-Fi.
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude; comfortable using a variety of tools and reading blueprints or drawings.
Strong math skills (e.g. calculating area voltage resistance etc.).
Willingness to visit job sites frequently; minimal overnight travel required.
Valid drivers license.
Excellent communication skills (verbal written interpersonal).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook Word Excel).
