Job Description
We are looking for a Citrix Support Engineer. As a Citrix Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Citrixbased systems and technologies.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Citrix support or administration role
- Strong knowledge of Citrix XenApp XenDesktop and NetScaler
- Experience in troubleshooting Citrixrelated issues such as user connectivity performance and application delivery
- Experience with Citrix profile management and user profiles
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or HyperV
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS and load balancing
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other IT professionals
- Citrix certifications (e.g. CCEV CCPV) are a plus
