Zone IT Solutions is currently looking for a Business Development Manager specializing in IT Recruitment Services. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in order to grow our IT Recruitment Services business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the IT recruitment industry
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment market trends and competitors
- Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
