Your Impact

As we strive to accomplish our vision and continue to grow we are currently looking for a Working Student IT (m/f/d) to support our internal tech operations. In this role you will work directly with our CPTO and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic impact-driven environment.

Your Mission

• Support the installation and maintenance of computers (Microsoft and MacBook).
• Be responsible for network administration: setting up and maintaining routers switches and firewalls.
• Provide IT support including user assistance and maintenance of hardware/software.
• Assist in introducing and configuring an internal wiki or intranet.
• Take care of user and license management for various applications.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of technical processes and workflows.
• Create and maintain internal documentation.
• Collaborate with other teams and provide cross-functional support.

Your Talent

• You are currently an enrolled student in Computer Science or a related field.
• You have initial experience in IT environments especially with Windows and macOS.
• You bring basic knowledge in software/script development and network administration.
• You are reliable detail-oriented and organized.
• You enjoy problem-solving working independently and learning new technologies quickly.
• You communicate fluently in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana) is a plus.
