You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere hiring a Sales Development Representative Lead Generation to join a fast-growing global B2B marketing and business development agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the worlds most recognisable tech companies and award-winning creative agencies.
This role is focused exclusively on outbound lead generation. Youll be identifying commercial opportunities sparking meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers and booking qualified meetings for our clients.
UK-based
Remote with optional access to London HQ
Occasional travel to team sessions or industry events
Youll be working across a portfolio of clientsfrom tech giants to innovative marketing agenciesbuilding their sales pipelines through research outreach and strategic prospecting.
Your role will involve:
Researching target audiences and decision-makers using LinkedIn and industry tools
Crafting compelling outreach via cold calling email and LinkedIn
Driving attendance to client events webinars and product demos
Booking qualified new business meetings and delivering insightful briefs to clients
Collaborating closely with internal strategy and communications teams
Providing accurate CRM updates and maintaining detailed reports on progress
No two days look the same. Depending on the project you might be:
Mapping out ICP-aligned lead lists
Writing and sending outbound email campaigns
Making targeted cold calls
Briefing clients before high-value sales meetings
Following up with prospects post-event or post-intro
Creating tailored messaging that aligns with client positioning and goals
12 years experience in a sales SDR BDR or lead generation role
Experience in outbound calling and LinkedIn prospecting
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable speaking to C-level executives
Driven organised and results-focused
Experience working in a client-facing environment is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce etc.)
Daily and weekly KPIs including call volume outreach activity and meetings booked
Monthly performance targets tied to meeting attendance and event engagement
