Job Description
We are looking for an Intern Talent Acquisition to perform various administrative tasks and support our Talent Acquisition teams daily activities. Intern Talent Acquisition include recruitment administration and supporting HR life cycle activities. Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Update the Application Tracking system (ATS)
- Assist employee onboarding process & induction
- Prepare Talent Acquisition related reports as needed
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days
- Creating attractive flyers presentations according to the IFS branding guidelines
Qualifications :
- Following a degree in Business Management Human Resources Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal written and communication skills.
