You will play a critical role in shaping gotomarket strategies elevating brand visibility and delivering cohesive shopper experiences across retail and digital commerce channels.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield IL. Effective mid2025 Fortune Brands will transition to a new worldclass campus in Deerfield bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices brands and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration along with amenities for dining onsite daycare fitness and recreation.

What you might do in these roles:

  • Develop and lead retail and ecommerce channel marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility drive conversion and deepen customer engagement
  • Execute omnichannel campaigns that connect the customer journey across digital and physical retail
  • Collaborate closely with Product Sales Digital and RGM teams to ensure aligned gotomarket execution
  • Support or lead channelspecific product launches with tailored positioning messaging and marketing assets
  • Build trusted relationships with retail and ecommerce partners to cocreate marketing campaigns optimize merchandising and strengthen category presence
  • Lead or contribute to the development of displays planograms retail training tools and marketing collateral
  • Analyze performance metrics and retail insights to inform marketing optimization and strategic adjustments
  • Participate in budget planning allocation and ROI tracking to support campaign and investment success
  • Engage with peers across FBIN to share best practices and contribute to enterprisewide channel strategy alignment

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
  • Experience in channel marketing shopper marketing retail merchandising or omnichannel campaign execution
  • Background in CPG building materials or similar industries involving retail and/or wholesale engagement
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and ecommerce platforms
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Analytics
  • Strong project management and communication skills with a collaborative and resultsoriented mindset

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced marketing education
  • Experience managing budget planning promotions or product launches across omnichannel environments
  • Exposure to P&L or trade marketing responsibilities
  • Experience working within matrixed organizations or multifunctional teams
