Job Description

Role:Speech and Language Therapist
Banding:
Band 7
Location:Wales
Job Type:
Full Time/Part Time 3 months short term cover
Salary:
24.00 32.00 per hour

We are seeking experienced Adult Locums with Dysphagia experience to cover an acute district general hospital in Wales. This is a shortterm 3 months) inperson role.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide speech and language therapy services to adults with Dysphagia.
    • Work within an acute district general hospital setting.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver highquality care.
    • Assess diagnose and manage swallowing disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • Monitor and evaluate patient progress.

Requirements:

    • Relevant qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
    • HCPC registration.
    • Proven experience working with adults with Dysphagia.
    • Ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
