PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Lettings Agency
Location: New Malden KT3
Salary: 32k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our client is a specialist Letting Agency with offices in the New Malden area and they are looking for an experienced Property Manager.
The ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm for Lettings in general hardworking and determined; with a keen desire to be successful and want to be part of a highly focussed and efficient team. You should have experience in Residential Lettings as a Property Manager. You will be responsible for all areas of the Lettings process from booking viewings and drawing up Tenancy Agreements to negotiating deals and liaising with contractors so you must be an allrounder and not be afraid to muck in with the day to day tasks.
Local knowledge will add to your appeal as a potential candidate.
