- Enter sales orders into the MadeToManage Sales Order Management system for sales staff with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Continually update the quote log and sales management software to ensure uptodate and reliable data.
- Assist sales staff with various administrative tasks supporting their ability to focus on client engagement and business development.
- Complete monthly and quarterly sales reports compiling data and presenting it in a clear actionable format.
- File sales orders promptly to maintain an organized and efficient documentation system.
- Provide sales analytics support that helps identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the HubSpot CRM system ensuring accurate and reliable data collaborating with the sales team to enhance CRM usage and optimize customer engagement strategies.
- Administrative Assistance
- Serve as backup for the receptionist including answering phones and greeting customers as needed.
- Provide general office support to ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Proactively take on additional duties as they arise demonstrating a COMMITMENT to SERVICE and teamwork.

Qualifications Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College coursework is a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot Sales Team Management System and M2M Sales Order Management System is preferred but not required.
Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong active listening skills with attention to detail.
