Job Description

Job Title: Employee Relations Assistant Subsea Pipeline Project (Oil & Gas)
Location: Taiwan

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Assistant to support HR and workforce management for a Subsea Pipeline Project in Taiwan. The role involves assisting in employee relations matters handling documentation ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting workplace policies. The candidate will help facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1012 years of experience in employee relations for Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (reading writing and speaking) mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Taiwanese labor laws HR policies and workplace compliance.
  • Experience in handling employee inquiries maintaining records and supporting grievance resolution.
  • Ability to assist in HR initiatives training programs and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
