Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Technical Project Manager who is responsible to plan execute and finalize web and mobile app development projects according to strict quality standards deadlines and within budget while maintaining high levels of safety and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Experience & Leadership: 3 to 5 years in a service-based company (2 years minimum) with proven experience managing teams of 25-30 members to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Technical & AI Expertise: Strong technical background in web/mobile development with proficiency in AI-driven approaches and smart work practices.
  • Project Experience: Led at least 2 large-scale projects with deep knowledge of SDLC (Agile SCRUM Waterfall) and technical coding standards.
  • Client & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and client interaction skills to build relationships and align project goals.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Creative analytical problem-solving with a proactive self-motivated attitude to adapt to changing demands.
  • Collaboration & Tech Competence: Ability to work independently or collaboratively with proficiency in software tools and quick adoption of new technologies.

Responsibility:

  • Project Oversight: Manage projects end-to-end defining scope deliverables and success criteria with executives to meet business goals.
  • Planning & Tracking: Develop plans schedules and budgets; track milestones dependencies and critical paths using appropriate tools.
  • Communication & Engagement: Communicate expectations to teams and clients deliver reports and maintain ongoing stakeholder alignment.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage scope changes troubleshoot issues and devise contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership: Coach mentor and motivate team members and subcontractors to foster accountability and high performance.
  • Relationship & Process Improvement: Build business relationships conduct project reviews and develop best practices for execution.
