Role Overview
We re looking for a proactive Brand Project Coordinator to manage the execution of branding and marketing projects. You ll act as the link between internal teams and clients ensuring timelines are met deliverables are clear and projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of brand and marketing projects
- Manage timelines and task lists.
- Serve as the point of contact between internal teams and clients
- Track progress and escalate risks or blockers early
- Maintain project documentation and ensure files are well-organized
- Support campaign execution with clear briefs and status updates
Requirements
- 4 years experience in project coordination preferably within a digital agency or creative environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana Notion)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of branding marketing and creative processes is a plus
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
