Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Breakfix Engineer. As a Breakfix Engineer you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Breakfix Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software components.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows macOS and Linux.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting and support tools.
- Ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical users.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications are a plus.
