Job Description

Job Title: Customer Lifecycle Manager

Location: Dublin 12 days onsite required)

Job Type: Contract

Rate: 450500 per day

Duration: 612 months

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced CRM & CLM Team Manager to lead and oversee our Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) operations. This role requires a strategic leader with strong datadriven campaign experience crossfunctional collaboration skills and the ability to drive results while ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Proven experience leading and managing CRM or CLM teams.
  • Ability to maintain team morale ensure smooth project and provide operational oversight.
  • Experience in guiding teams through periods of transition or change.

Strategic :

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management with handson experience in executing datadriven campaigns.
  • Ability to align team efforts with established strategies ensuring business continuity without redefining direction.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  • Experience working with diverse teams like Marketing Loyalty Data Analytics and Tech.
  • Ability to act as the primary point of contact ensuring alignment across functions.

DataDriven Decision Making:

  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance track KPIs and leverage insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting tools and the ability to translate data insights into actionable outcomes.

Technical Expertise:

  • Handson experience with CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of automation and personalization in lifecycle management ensuring technical continuity.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Capacity to represent the CLM function in leadership meetings and maintain visibility on ongoing projects.

Compliance Awareness:

  • Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations ensuring compliance in all lifecycle initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and managing CRM or CLM teams.
  • Strong background in executing customer lifecycle campaigns with a datadriven approach.
  • Excellent crossfunctional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of GDPR and compliance requirements in lifecycle management.
