Your responsibilities:
Implement company key account business planning and sales force effectiveness program to achieve optimal business performance;
Undertake reporting activities including: detailing call records sales analysis; customer promotion and regulatory requirements;
Gain and demonstrate outstanding product customer and market knowledge and high level of understanding of clinical data guidelines and clinical practices;
Have a deep knowledge of the assigned territory market needs and opportunities on account and customer level;
Actively demonstrate advanced selling/key account management skills including delivering a tailored sales experience based on needsbased selling;
Adapt communication/selling to situation and behaviour profile of the client;
Listen carefully ask questions and understands what is happening in any particular context;
Utilize all relevant promotional materials efficiently;
Build and leverage internal and external stakeholder networks and maintain regular contact with key decisionmakers and influencers;
Work closely with the crossfunctional brand team to develop account objectives strategies and tactics
Fosters team effectiveness and accomplishments of shared goals by sharing knowledge experience and information;
Cooperate with the MSL cross functional colleagues and other departments in proactive and efficient way;
Ensure that all activities within his territory are undertaken in accordance with the National Regulations and local sales and operations guidelines as well as any local Codes of Practice.
Your profile:
Experience /Qualifications
University degree in healthcare or science (biology chemistry medical engineering)
3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in hospital tenders / pharmaceutical distribution segment
Proficiency in using the following applications: MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint MS Outlook
Fluency in English active knowledge
