German Client Specialist Barcelona Spain

We are looking for a German Client Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. If youre passionate about providing toptier customer service building relationships and working in an international environment this is your chance to shine!
What youll be doing:

Manage and support a portfolio of Germanspeaking clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions

Provide exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels (email phone chat)

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues ensuring a smooth experience for clients
What were looking for:

Fluent in German (native or C1 level) and good command of English (B1)

Excellent communication and problemsolving skills

Customerfocused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust

Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus but not required

EU work permit or valid visa for Spain
