What youll do
Within our EMEA/ APACwide Internship Program were offering a 6month fulltime paid internship in our Customer Success department as Customer Success Intern.
Were looking for Customer Success interns who are passionate about AI & Analytics and want to help our clients achieve maximum value from SAS software. As a Customer Successintern youll build broad relationships with SAS customers to adopt and expand usage of the SAS software as well supportour renewal strategy.
Our Customer Success teams serve as trusted advisors guiding our customers towards successful adoption and modernisation of their SAS software. They work closely with clients in a consultative approach gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives to create a tailored success strategy throughout the postsale lifecycle.
Furthermore our Customer Success teams play a critical role in ensuring customer retention through the creation and of timely renewal plans managing renewal processes and contracts efficiently.
