We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Support Representatives to join a fast-growing team in Sofia Bulgaria. If you have a passion for helping people and are fluent in English this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
As a key member of the support team youll handle customer inquiries through various channels providing first-class assistance while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
Respond to customer queries via phone email or chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist users with troubleshooting product guidance and general support
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers
Follow up on customer interactions and ensure issues are resolved effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
Fluency in English (C1 or above)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours if required
Valid EU work permit or the right to work and live in Bulgaria
