We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Azerbaijani-speaking Customer Support Representative to join a vibrant and multicultural team based in Sofia Bulgaria.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for Azerbaijani-speaking customers delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Azerbaijani
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
Guide users through troubleshooting and product-related questions
Ensure each interaction reflects the companys service standards
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
Fluency in Azerbaijani (C1-C2 level) and good command of English (B2 or above)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to multitask stay organized and work under pressure
Valid work permit for Bulgaria or EU citizenship
A full-time on-site position in the heart of Sofia
