Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering highquality solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies team facilitation and driving continuous improvement. This role requires exceptional leadership problemsolving and communication skills to foster collaboration and efficiency across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals priorities and deliverables.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing enhancements.
- Guide teams in Agile frameworks such as Scrum Kanban and SAFe tailoring approaches to fit organizational needs.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Coach team members Product Owners and leadership on Agile principles and practices.
- Drive crossteam coordination and collaboration to optimize workflow and dependencies.
- Ensure transparency and effective communication among teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master with at least 7 years in Agile environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks methodologies and best practices.
- Strong facilitation coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and drive Agile maturity at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in enterpriselevel Agile transformations is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Scrum Master certification.
- Agile Coaching or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
