Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Project Management

Responsibilities
Project rollouts plan and implement projects from clientside and Genpact (internal)
Development management and governance of the project
Build a project plan communication plan define project scope goals and results
Perform project impact analysis
Implement and lead change when vital to meet project outputs
Evaluate and assess the results of projects
WBR Build and present WBR slides as needed
WPPR Provide support for WPPR calls and data analysis
Data & analysis Respond to any and all client requests and Genpact leadership teams
POC for Partner Project Management Team Lead GRT OG and policy changes from client projects team
Supervise all rollouts Calculate the impact of rollouts on AHT consistency and activity codes
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the smooth rollout of projects
Supervise and Supervise Realtime R&Rs Site performance etc.
Evolve & Churn process
Risk Communication emails Process Map creation
Help with RTA and reporting functions as and when needed
Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Running of projects independently
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree or equivalent with an excellent academic record
Should have handled a team of 80 to 100 people
Preferred qualifications
Excellent Analytical & Interpersonal skills
Preferably the candidates prior experience in Internetbased accounts and Customer service industry
Ability to do rootcause analysis for process gaps highlighted
Leading calls with Clients/ other business functions Independently
Proficient with MS Excel MS Word MS PowerPoint
Ability to handle pressure Timelines and Customer Demands
Resultsoriented and executionoriented
Project management experience.
Customer Management exposure and good presentation skills is a must
LEAN/Six Sigma Trained Tested and Certified (preferred) Project Management
