Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Scrum Master
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to guide our Agile development teams in delivering highquality software. You will be responsible for ensuring that Agile principles are followed removing impediments and fostering a collaborative team environmentResponsibilities
Act as a servant leader and facilitator for one or more Agile teams
Coach team members in Agile frameworks especially Scrum
Support the Product Owner in maintaining and refining the product backlog
Lead daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews
Track team progress using appropriate Agile tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps)
Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery expectations
Monitor and report on team performance metrics and Agile maturity
Help drive Agile adoption across the organization
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe)
Excellent facilitation coaching and conflictresolution skills
Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira Confluence Trello or Azure DevOps
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
