About the role
We are looking for motivated and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. This is a commissiononly role perfect for individuals who thrive in a resultsdriven environment and want the flexibility of working remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients introduce them to our services and drive them toward a sales conversation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify potential clients through LinkedIn email and other leadgeneration tools.
  • Outreach: Craft and send personalised messages to engage prospects and set meetings.
  • Qualifying Leads: Determine if prospects are a good fit for RunRemotes services.
  • Followup: Maintain regular contact with leads to nurture relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff for closing deals.
  • Reporting: Track outreach efforts responses and progress toward goals using our sales tools.

  • Selfstarter: Youre proactive and take ownership of your work.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales or lead generation is preferred but not required.
  • TechSavvy: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Excel Google Sheets and email outreach tools.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient: You can handle rejection and are motivated by results.
