- Interagency Programme Coordination: UNICEF is pen-holder for a multiageny (five agencies) donor action in 2022. The Partnerships Officer will be responsible for the pen-holder related tasks, including: coordination of all major reports, proposals, technical working group meetings and meeting minutes, country management team meetings and minutes, donor visits to the field, meetings with government offices, visibility, communications, and overall project coordination with the project’s donor.
- Support Donor Relations Specialist and Reports Specialist in the production of high quality donor reports and situation reports, and support their production as needed, especially related to the Interagecy Programme.
- Help Donor Relations Specialist maintain effective relationships with member states, UN agencies, host government and other partners, in order to keep them informed on important, strategic operational UNICEF issues.
