• Following up with all clients to make sure that they do not need any support they have not gotten
• Informing and educating all clients of new promotions, services and features that can promote a longer lifetime with INGOT Brokers
• Profiling all clients into different segments based on their feedback, needs, analysis and trading habits/behavior
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Learn INGOT Brokers’ account types, offers, services, instrument, and instrument specifications as well as develop market knowledge and sales skills.
